Είναι ξεκάθαρο πως όλοι γνωρίζουν ότι είμαι λάτρης του καφέ. Υπάρχουν στιγμές στη μέρα που θα τις αφιερώσω στο καφέ μου και σε κάθε σπάνιο χαρμάνι που θα βρεθεί μπροστά μου. Υπάρχουν όμως και εκείνες οι στιγμές που αναζητώ κάτι διαφορετικό. Οι στιγμές που αναζητώ κάτι πιο φυσικό που να με ιντριγκάρει στις ιδιότητες του και να με κάνει να το αναζητώ πρωί, μεσημέρι, βράδυ. Εκείνες τις στιγμές λοιπόν, γυρνάω στη κουζίνα μου και αναζητώ το αρχαιότερο ρόφημα της Κίνας, το τσάι. At those moments, I turn to my kitchen and search for China's premier beverage: tea. I know that many will say "what can you possibly tell us about tea? It's not a big deal."
I'm not here today to present you tea as a discovery, not even as a recommendation. I am here to write about the first pioneering Greek herb series.
